About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Synergis. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet client needs and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to clients on our products and services.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
What We Offer

At Synergis, we offer a competitive salary range of $48.96 to $61.20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and commuter benefits.
