**Your Role**

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key schools. This includes understanding their needs and priorities, helping them meet those needs, and leading school leaders through successful recruitment processes.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Own the relationship with key schools, including retention and expansion.
  • Understand schools' needs and priorities and help them meet those needs.
  • Lead school leaders through successful recruitment processes using a consultative approach.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales, operations, and technology teams to continuously improve efficiency in delivering value to schools.

**Requirements**

  • Confident in handling objections, multitasking, and managing customers.
