About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Solutions Expert to join our team at Keeper Security. As a key member of our Client Success team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on cybersecurity best practices and Keeper Security solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expansion initiatives
  • Conduct regular business reviews and quarterly planning sessions to ensure clients are achieving their security and compliance goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and other key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging threats to provide informed guidance and recommendations to clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Keeper Security solutions and their applications in various industries
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expansion initiatives
  • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles
  • Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and software integrations
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives and other key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and other CRM systems
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
