Front Desk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Hampton Inn Harrisonburg - University. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest stays, including room assignments and billing
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems
