Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that accommodations are prepared for incoming guests.
- Welcome guests, facilitate check-ins and check-outs, distribute room keys, and accurately record payment information.
Account Management:
Maintain precise and current records of all hotel guest accounts.
- Address and resolve customer concerns as necessary.
- Respond to incoming inquiries regarding guest needs, both in-person and online, concerning room reservations, pricing, amenities, available accommodations, loyalty programs, and special requests.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality sector as a hotel front desk clerk or in a comparable role is preferred.
- Ability to handle phone calls and manage challenging situations with ease.
- Exhibits outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management systems is advantageous.
