Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with housekeeping to guarantee that accommodations are prepared for incoming guests.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, facilitate check-in and check-out procedures, distribute room keys, and handle payment information.

Account Management:
Maintain accurate and current records of guest accounts.

  • Address and resolve guest concerns as necessary.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone and in-person regarding room availability, rates, amenities, loyalty programs, and special requests.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality sector, particularly in a front desk role.
  • Ability to manage phone calls and navigate challenging situations with ease.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and reservation management software is advantageous.
