  • Utilize strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Perform general systems administration in a cloud environment, including log and performance monitoring.
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software installation challenges on standalone systems.
  • Ensure secure data backup protocols are in place.
  • Conduct operating system software updates, including virus definition and other necessary updates.
  • Address client needs for security assessments of computers and applications.
  • Demonstrate initiative and sound judgment to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Deliver a high standard of service to clients and team members.
  • Collaborate effectively within a vibrant team, engaging with both client personnel and onsite colleagues.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience as an Active Directory Domain Administrator, proficient in managing and maintaining various services and objects according to best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Vmware Horizon and Cisco CCNA level networking.
  • Ensure that security measures align with NIST standards and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with NTFS permissions, DFS namespaces, and current Windows operating systems.
  • Expertise in designing and managing VMware clusters.
  • Ability to analyze system logs for effective troubleshooting.
  • Experience with PKI, SSO implementation/infrastructure, scripting languages, vulnerability scanning tools, and automation technologies.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian Suite tools and Security + Certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in testing, maintaining, and monitoring computer programs and systems.
  • Hands-on experience with the physical installation of workstations, servers, and specialized equipment.

Clearance Requirement: Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.

Salary Range: $100K - $190K per year based on experience.
