Key Responsibilities- Receive deliveries, break down loads, and rotate cooler stock.
- Weigh, price, and label products.
- Stock cases and select products.
- Prepare valued-added products.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure product knowledge and suggestive selling.
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
- Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as physical base scores for this position.
- Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job.
- Must be able to work in a cold environment.
- Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
- Job cycles: continual maximum.
- Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
- Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
