This role will be part of the North Market Team within the Commercial Energy practices, working with utility clients across the energy value chain to guide them through the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement decarbonization and resiliency plans for clients
- Support the strategy, design, and evaluation of customer-focused programs, including energy efficiency, heat electrification, demand response, energy storage, electric transportation, and distributed solar
- Assist clients in developing and implementing distribution and transmission investments to modernize energy networks
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, business, economics, environmental, science, or related discipline
- 7-10 years of relevant industry or consulting experience, excluding internships, co-ops, fellowships, and academic research
- Demonstrated experience leading teams
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with data analytics
- Ability to assume ownership of significant portions of tasks while collaborating with a close-knit team
- Strong interest in business strategy, energy efficiency, and sustainability
- An inquisitive nature and desire for continuous improvement
