Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team at Hire Energy. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain equipment to ensure maximum cycle time efficiency and monitor process parameters.
  • Accurately document machine process settings and changes, and notify the Molding Team Leader of any machine problems.
  • Visually inspect parts for quality and adhere to strict quality standards.
  • Adhere to all safety rules and regulations, and follow lockout, tag-out procedures.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Ability to perform required machine tasks.
