We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Liberty Tax Franchise.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services and policies.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
