Job Overview:
Liberty Tax Franchise is seeking a highly organized and professional Bilingual Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about Liberty Tax Franchise's services and policies
• Schedule appointments and meetings, and manage conference room bookings
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and office area
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies
• Ensure proper documentation and communication with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
• Support office staff with special projects and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in office administration is a plus
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• A positive, proactive attitude and exceptional customer service skills

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
