Position Overview: Shift Manager

Shake Shack is a contemporary burger establishment offering a variety of classic dishes, including burgers, fries, hot dogs, frozen custard, and beverages. As we continue to grow, our leadership team plays a crucial role in our success. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Manager who is passionate about service.

This role presents an outstanding opportunity for individuals with a minimum of one year of leadership experience in the restaurant industry. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant setting
  • Food Safety Certification as per local regulations
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure excellence at the Shack.
  • Manage service flow to uphold safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of hourly staff.
  • Execute operational support tasks, including purchasing and inventory management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
