Overview
Assists the General Manager in overseeing the operations and personnel of a Wendy's establishment, ensuring adherence to all corporate policies, procedures, programs, and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management
Collaborates with the restaurant management team to achieve sales targets compared to budget and previous years.
Engages in the implementation of national and local marketing initiatives and new product launches.
Identifies and communicates sales trends to the General Manager.

Cost Control
Oversees food, labor, and supply costs along with other controllable expenses.
Works with the management team to meet profit objectives.

Operational Excellence
Ensures proper execution of corporate operational policies and procedures.
Proactively identifies issues and initiates corrective actions.
Contributes to ongoing improvements in store performance metrics.

Compliance and Controls
Implements corporate policies and procedures for managing cash, property, products, and equipment.
Ensures that the crew meets food preparation and production standards.

Administrative Duties
Completes all required administrative tasks and reports.
Manages employee records, payroll documentation, and other company records in accordance with corporate policies and legal regulations.
Analyzes sales data and develops daily operational plans.

Supervisory Responsibilities
This position supervises subordinate supervisors, including Crew Leaders and Shift Supervisors, overseeing a team of approximately 30 employees.

Qualifications
Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate operating systems and procedures, supervisory practices, and training programs.
Education and Experience: A one-year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:
Language: Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Capable of writing routine reports and communicating effectively with groups.
Mathematical: Proficient in basic arithmetic and able to compute rates, ratios, and percentages.
Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.

Certificates: Must complete Crew Interviewing Workshop within 90 days of hire or promotion and obtain Serve-Safe Certification.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require lifting up to 50 pounds. May involve driving for company-related errands.

Work Environment:
The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise levels.
