Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team at North Star Imaging (NSI).

Key Responsibilities

Promotion Management:

Drive product and service promotions throughout various platforms into NSI's website, social media, and email channels to boost website traffic and lead conversions.

Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) Go to Market:

Contribute to go-to-market planning and implementation for new product launches.

Event Coordination:

Organize and oversee logistics for trade shows, ensuring successful execution and measurement of outcomes, including post-event analysis and lead performance tracking.

CRM:

Manage the CRM ecosystem by tracking sales and service KPIs, implementing customer segmentation, overseeing survey and campaign management, and regularly reporting on conversion rates and cost per lead. Expertise in HubSpot and CRM tools.

Campaign Reporting:

Create industry-specific promotions and provide reports on campaign outcomes to assess effectiveness and areas for improvement. Proficiency in data analysis and KPI management required.

Customer-Facing Content Development:

Develop promotional content across print, web, social media, and trade show platforms, ensuring value-focused, clear, and engaging.

Technical Content:

Manage the updates to technical customer-facing materials, including manuals, tech sheets, and product descriptions to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Vendor Collaboration:

Work with vendor partners to enhance NSI's online presence and improve SEO through strategic website content, email campaigns, social media, webinars, and events.

Promotional Coordination:

Manage promotional items (apparel, giveaways) and branding for events and other customer-facing activities.

Voice of the Customer:

Utilize a customer-centric approach to marketing to deepen understanding of the customer buying journey and develop strategic communication opportunities throughout the journey.

Success Measures

Ability to consistently monitor and drive MROI strength.

Increased website traffic, click-through rates, and lead conversions.

Growth in trade show engagement and lead generation.

Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing campaigns and content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Solid background in marketing communications with a history of successful promotional campaigns.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and departments.
