Program Manager III

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience working on projects of strategic importance, with visibility to leadership teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Process Design: 4+ years of experience designing and driving processes for publishing, marketing, or other creative teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to structure out nebulous spaces.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, executive presentation, and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Agile Experience: Experience working with multidisciplinary publishing technical and non-technical teams.
  • Discretion: Held positions that require exercising great discretion as it relates to confidential and sensitive information.
  • Transformation Programs: Experience designing and driving large-scale transformation programs.
  • Change Management: Experience with change management in large-scale organizations.
  • Project Management Certifications: Project Management certifications.

Pay Rate: $80/hr W2 - $94/hr W2
