Office Operations Coordinator

\r**Job Description:**
\rThis role provides administrative support to the Facility Manager and other members of the team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have experience working in an office environment.
\r**Responsibilities:**

- Provide administrative support to the Facility Manager, including processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and preparing reports.\r
- Partner with the Accounting Analyst to distribute account-level data and provide financial reporting.\r
- Assist the Facility Manager with daily operations, including running reports, processing invoices, and collecting delinquent payments.\r
- Manage location mapping function and create monthly location documents showing deposit summaries and totals.\r
- Deposit client check deposits on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and pick up checks and deposit slips from the Port accounting department.\r
- Interact with Admiral Security Supervisor and staff to ensure smooth facility operation.\r
- Assign reserved spaces to clients and truck drivers, and pick up mail and supplies as needed.\r
