Job Summary

The Guest Reception Manager is responsible for overseeing the Front Desk and Bell & Valet operations at our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Excellence: Monitor and maintain service standards, handle guest complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership and Management: Direct, implement, and maintain a service philosophy, maximize financial performance, and perform management duties in the absence of other managers.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication: Troubleshoot guest and employee issues, constantly monitor the physical area, and ensure maintenance and housekeeping issues are reported and resolved efficiently.
Requirements
  • Experience: One year of experience in a similar position, with two years of hotel experience preferred.
  • Education: High School graduate, with a college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Full knowledge of front desk operations, working knowledge of computers, excellent communication skills, guest relations training, and property management system experience.
  • Certifications: Current CPR and first aid certification.
Physical Requirements

The Guest Reception Manager must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs, walk long distances, stand for extended periods, and perform other physical demands of the job.
