As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's market and geographic service areas, positioning the firm for success in securing and finalizing projects. You will undertake marketing tasks following established protocols, leveraging your understanding of the organization, processes, and procedures to devise solutions for unique challenges. This position may encompass activities related to proposals, interview strategies, client events, award submissions, client intelligence, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement materials for various marketing initiatives, including Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), proposals, and interview presentations, adhering to the firm's standards.
- Set, communicate, and adhere to deadlines to ensure timely project completions.
- Conduct internal quality assurance and quality control reviews to uphold a high standard of quality and accuracy in all marketing materials, analyses, and documentation.
- Collect, maintain, and analyze client intelligence data.
- Demonstrate the capability to prepare and submit industry awards.

- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across various locations.
- Capacity to build and maintain effective professional relationships both internally and externally.
- Skills in technical writing, editing, creativity, and a strong sense of design aesthetics.
