Job Summary

RAM Trucking Group is seeking a highly skilled Communication Hub Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our dispatchers and ensuring seamless communication between our teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess excellent decision-making abilities. They will also have the ability to remain calm under pressure and provide clear instructions to drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the flow of communication between dispatchers and drivers.
  • Develop and implement effective communication protocols to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Liaise with major contracted customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any logistical issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in communications or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High fluency with computers and current software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Estimated Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per annum.
