A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION SALES CONSULTANT

In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service while presenting our services and closing sales. During in-home consultations with potential clients, you will actively listen to assess their needs and propose tailored construction solutions. Efficiently managing your time, you will finalize sales by drafting contracts and work orders during appointments. With extensive training provided by the company on construction estimation, in-home sales, and manufactured housing, you will maximize your earning potential. Your passion for assisting customers, contributing to the company's growth, and achieving a lucrative income will be key to your success.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven closing abilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Gmail and Microsoft Word
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Physical capability to fulfill job requirements

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is preferred. Previous experience in construction is advantageous. Do you possess exceptional customer service skills?
