Home Improvement Sales Consultant

At Pella Products of Kansas City, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Home Improvement Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in the home improvement or construction industry is an asset, but not required. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure our sales consultants have the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers while actively seeking and acquiring new business opportunities to achieve growth objectives.
- Address and resolve customer issues effectively, and negotiate conflicts in a manner that aligns with company policies and customer satisfaction.
- Present product offerings during preset in-home sales consultations using a proven, scripted sales process.
- Sell product lines as approved by management.
- Manage a schedule effectively to ensure customer satisfaction from sale to project completion.
