Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $19.69 to $29.53, with a median wage of $24.61. Compensation is influenced by factors such as relevant experience, education, certifications, and internal equity. In addition to hourly pay, Gillette offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes retirement savings matching, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and health and wellness benefits for employees working 0.5 FTE and above.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative roles, or healthcare settings
- Higher education (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Familiarity with commercial insurance processes and standard forms
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong customer service skills, organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to work independently
- Effective teamwork skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
