- Monitor and process financial transactions, including reports and reconciliations.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet company standards and expectations.
- Proficiency in computer business applications, including hotel reservation systems.
- Working knowledge of computerized point of sales (PMS) systems.
- Minimum age of 18 years required to reside in company housing, where available.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
