Job Overview

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of assigned locations, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Support management duties as assigned, fostering a professional image and approach to the business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Assist with maintenance and repair of parking equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Report any safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager, prioritizing the well-being of our team and customers.
  • Participate in cleanup efforts, maintaining a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Be prepared to substitute for any position, ensuring our team's flexibility and adaptability.
  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our garage operations, including major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the area.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimal high school diploma or equivalent, combined with a minimal month of related experience or training.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to requests for service and assistance.
  • Strong customer service skills, maintaining a positive attitude and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Sound judgment, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • A valid state-issued driver's license, with a current address and acceptable driving record.

Physical Demands:

This role requires:

  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands and fingers.
  • Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
  • Close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
