Kitchen Supervisor

Levy is seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee food-service operations and lead a team of associates in accordance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop food-service associates to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
- Advises management on purchasing requirements to minimize waste and avoid product shortages.
- Ensure proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control by following approved food recipes and production standards.
- Operate and clean equipment in accordance with department procedures after each use.
- Store, label, and date food items according to policy to minimize spoilage and waste.
- Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
- Help serve meals and remain present during scheduled meal periods to receive customer comments and feedback.
