About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Fund/Client Accounting team at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing capital call and distribution calculations, facilitating wire instructions, and processing portfolio trade activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare complex financial calculations to facilitate capital funding requests from clients.
  • Facilitate vendor expense payments and review fund operating expense accrual budgets.
  • Process portfolio trade activity for fund investments and review asset reconciliation.
  • Review and prepare management and performance fee calculations, investor notices, and capital statements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or accounting.
  • Prior experience in fund accounting or a related field is preferred.
