  • Position Summary
  • The Registration Specialist II plays a vital role in assisting patients throughout the registration and arrival process for both scheduled and unscheduled appointments. This position involves gathering accurate demographic and insurance details, as well as determining patient liability at the time of service. Additionally, the specialist will perform financial clearance tasks for assigned accounts during periods of downtime. The Registration Specialist II is expected to greet and assist patients and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner, fostering positive interactions. Some travel between locations and extended hours may be necessary based on departmental needs.
