Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team at Mavega Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and solutions to clients via remote desktop tools and other communication channels.
  • Analyze client requirements and provide recommendations for technical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues and escalations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure the effective use of our technology solutions.
  • Document technical processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and expertise.
  • Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities to foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Continuously improve technical skills and capabilities through training, certifications, and self-learning initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a related role.
  • Strong expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Proficient in operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), cloud platforms, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Customer-focused approach with a commitment to providing outstanding service and support.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
