About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health treatment.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Ohio.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a mental health setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
