As a Mental Health Coach with SpringPath Mental Health Services, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with serious mental illness to achieve their goals and live their best lives. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, recovery-oriented services that promote independence, self-direction, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to clients to promote their physical, social, and psychological well-being

• Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement personalized recovery plans

• Teach clients independent living skills, such as meal preparation, grocery shopping, and cleaning

• Assist with medication administration and monitoring

• Maintain a safe and clean living environment

• Develop and participate in community and in-house recreational and leisure activities

• Complete all documentation as required to ensure quality services

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma with 2,000 supervised hours in the delivery of services to adults with serious mental illness

• Bachelor's degree preferred in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university

Salary Range

USD $21.50 - $22.50 / Year
