About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Sevita. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to children and adolescents in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and training to families on mental health topics and strategies for supporting their loved ones.
  • Document all services provided and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a human services field.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
