Office Manager Job Description:
At Dental Associates For Kids Only, we are seeking an exceptional Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our pediatric dental practice.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and Lunch and Learns
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence
  • Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Process Payroll biweekly
  • Handle worker's compensation quarterly
  • Manage and adjust Employee Handbook as needed
  • Handle all onboarding of new hires
  • Supply monthly data for Current Employment Statistics
  • Run weekly staff meetings and delegate daily huddle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
