Job Description

As an Administrative Support Specialist at Primma, LLC, you will provide high-level administrative support to Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless office operations, allowing our leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to departmental leaders, including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing calendars.
  • Set up and coordinate travel arrangements for management staff.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with expense reports, check requests, and supply management.
  • Coordinate departmental events, including business trips, off-site dinner receptions, and meetings.
  • Monitor and manage the submission pipeline report, logging new submissions, responding to brokers or insureds, and referring submissions to underwriters.
  • Update the pipeline report with disposition of submissions, including quoted premium.

Requirements:

  • College graduate with 4 years of related office experience or 5+ years of related office experience.
  • Accurate typing skills (50-70 wpm).
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Detailed-oriented and organized, with the ability to function in a professional office environment.

The actual compensation for this position will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.
