Administrative Support Specialist

At Primma, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our Vice Presidents, Assistant Vice Presidents, Directors, and Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to departmental leaders, including setting up meetings, booking conference rooms, and managing calendars.
- Answer phones, take messages, and prepare correspondence as needed.
- Schedule pre-renewal and non-renewal review meetings with insureds and PRIMMA staff.
- Make travel arrangements for management staff and assist with expense reports.
- Assist in preparing PowerPoint presentations and take notes at weekly staff meetings.
- Manage organizational memberships and subscriptions for UW staff.
- Prepare check requests for invoices and monitor and order supplies for the department.
- Arrange for service calls for equipment and assist with onboarding new employees.
- Coordinate departmental events, including business trips, off-site dinner receptions, and meetings.
- Monitor submission mailboxes and manage the Submission Pipeline report.
Requirements:
- College graduate with 4 years of related office experience or 5+ years of related office experience.
- Accurate typing skills (50-70 wpm).
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate with others in a professional manner.
- Must be detail-oriented and have good organizational skills.
The actual compensation for this position will be determined by experience and other factors permitted by law.
