Population Health Coordinator

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Population Health Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Population Health department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Population Health in managing high-level management projects, coordinating scheduling, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill coordinator duties, including scheduling, documentation, and calling members.
- Work collaboratively with Population Health department staff to produce reports detailing program performance.
- Develop, update, and maintain department documentation, such as job aids, intake forms, and marketing materials.
- Ability to stay organized, meet company and departmental goals, and submit timely and high-quality deliverables to the Director of Population Health.
- Work cooperatively and collaboratively with the executive team and medical directors.
- Monitor and analyze programs and interventions to improve processes and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for the development and implementation of new approaches that improve efficiencies and production while maintaining quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
- Bilingual strongly preferred.
- At least 2 years prior full-time work experience (healthcare not required, but preferred).
- Extremely strong verbal and written skill set, with the ability to write high-level communications to executives.
- Strong quantitative skill set, including basic statistical knowledge and intermediate to advanced mathematics knowledge.
- Ability to utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills in projects, including Microsoft Excel graphing features, Microsoft Vizio flow charts, and Microsoft Word.
