Job Title: Population Health Coordinator

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Population Health Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Population Health department, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Population Health in managing high-level management projects, coordinating scheduling, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill coordinator duties, including scheduling, documentation, and calling members.
  • Work collaboratively with Population Health department staff to produce reports detailing program performance.
  • Develop, update, and maintain department documentation, such as job aids, intake forms, and marketing materials.
  • Ability to stay organized, meet company and departmental goals, and submit timely and high-quality deliverables to the Director of Population Health.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with the executive team and medical directors.
  • Monitor and analyze programs and interventions to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for the development and implementation of new approaches that improve efficiencies and production while maintaining quality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years prior full-time work experience (healthcare not required, but preferred).
  • Extremely strong verbal and written skill set, with the ability to write high-level communications to executives.
  • Strong quantitative skill set, including basic statistical knowledge and intermediate to advanced mathematics knowledge.
  • Ability to utilize advanced Microsoft Office skills in projects, including Microsoft Excel graphing features, Microsoft Vizio flow charts, and Microsoft Word.
