Job Title: Medical Coordinator

Regal Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Coordinator to join our team. As a Medical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing and coordinating care for high-risk patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist case managers in developing comprehensive care plans for high-risk patients
  • Facilitate appointments for patients, including health plan programs, PCP, and specialist appointments
  • Tracing patient compliance with physician orders and evaluating PCP or specialist access issues
  • Participate in patient education regarding urgent care, hospice, flu vaccination clinics, and other issues related to chronic disease care
Requirements:
  • High school graduate required; Associate in Arts degree preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare and managed care preferred
  • Typing 60 words per minute with accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint)
