We are currently seeking a part-time Senior Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Specialist to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and spearhead statewide strategic TIM initiatives, including delivering training programs for first responders.
- Facilitate collaboration between clients and stakeholders at both statewide and regional levels.
- Oversee the upkeep of TIM strategic and training plans.
- Direct project teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and performance metrics.
- Manage TIM programs, which may encompass quick clearance initiatives, conducting after-action reviews, and leading outreach activities.
- Provide technical support, data analytics, and program enhancement recommendations related to incident management initiatives.
- Lead regional TIM meetings and coordinate towing and recovery incentive programs.
- Gather and analyze performance data, prepare reports, and proactively recommend program improvements to enhance safety outcomes.
- Support other analysts statewide to maintain operational continuity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 7 years of pertinent experience; a graduate degree is preferred.
- In the absence of a Bachelor's degree, a total of 11 years of experience in law enforcement, incident management, or emergency response is acceptable.
- Professional registration in the relevant field is preferred.
