Pride Motor Group is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier/Receptionist in a temporary to permanent capacity.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work in our front office, providing exceptional customer service and handling cash transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Cash Handling: Process customer transactions, including cash, checks, and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records of sales and refunds.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with the management of inventory, including receiving and processing merchandise, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the front office team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing other tasks as needed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software and hardware, including cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
