Job Description

Pride Motor Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Service Business Development Center team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and schedule service appointments in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide personalized service.

  • Work collaboratively with the Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.

  • Stay up-to-date on current marketing initiatives and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or telemarketing highly desirable.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
