Job Overview

Sibylline Americas is seeking a skilled professional to oversee daily operations and account management for our embedded services program, primarily targeting the Americas region.

This role, based in the United States, will report to the Senior Embedded Operations Manager. The Embedded Operations Manager will handle all operational responsibilities and management tasks for a designated group of teams, while facilitating the overall delivery of quality service, training, innovation, and ongoing enhancement.

Position Highlights

The Embedded Intelligence Services Manager will cater to a diverse array of clients across various sectors, with the roles and functions of our embedded teams reflecting this diversity.

Each of our embedded deployments is customized to meet client specifications, and the approach of the Embedded Operations Manager must embody this adaptability.

This position serves as the crucial link between the embedded team, the client, and Sibylline.

Key Responsibilities

Embedded Intelligence Services Managers must possess a versatile skill set, adept at balancing line management duties, client relations, service enhancement, financial oversight, and ensuring that embedded personnel receive clear guidance, processes, and policies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, excel at multitasking, and approach complex challenges with patience and resilience.

The Embedded Operations team is a vital resource for advice, training, and development for our embedded staff; candidates should have a strong understanding of the unique needs of private-sector intelligence teams and inspire our embeds to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Essential Functions

  • People Management: Conduct regular check-ins with embedded teams to ensure effective communication and escalate any issues to relevant stakeholders.
  • Programme Management: Participate in meetings with Sibylline stakeholders to discuss recruitment progress and other routine matters.
  • Account Management: Oversee the operational management of assigned client accounts, ensuring smooth transitions and onboarding of new teams.
  • Recruitment: Develop job descriptions and assessments for new and existing embedded hires, supporting the hiring process as needed.
  • Resources, Training, and Mentoring: Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of Sibylline's offerings to share knowledge and resources with embedded teams.
