Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant at Michael Page, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Source and screen potential candidates to meet client requirements
- Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and provide feedback to clients
- Mentor and develop junior sales consultants to improve their skills and knowledge
- Contribute to the development of proposals and pitches to win new business
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales or recruitment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry
