About the Role

As a Sales Consultant at Michael Page, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Source and screen potential candidates to meet client requirements
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates and provide feedback to clients
  • Mentor and develop junior sales consultants to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of proposals and pitches to win new business

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or recruitment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the recruitment industry
