About the Role:

Cengage Group is seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the academic library market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with academic librarians and other key stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • College degree and significant sales experience in the academic library market
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
