As a Patient Engagement Specialist, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be highly self-motivated, and value the opportunity to work in a purpose-driven, evolving startup. You will possess patience, cultural competency, a non-judgmental attitude, and the ability to adapt your communication style to meet a patient's individual needs.
You will conduct in-person outreach to doctor's offices, hospitals, and patients' homes to educate potential patients and caregivers on the mission and value of Author Health. You will utilize Author Health's proprietary CRM and electronic medical record to track outreach and document member consent and interaction notes accurately.

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000-$55,000 USD annually, depending on experience.
