About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist to contribute to the success of our sales team at AT&T. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing roles, with a focus on building strong relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers and close deals
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
