Job Summary

Rip's Farm Center Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and in-person, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns.
  • Collaborate with the agronomy department to maintain accurate records, organize data, and assist with crop planning.
  • Support the feed department by maintaining accurate records, organizing data, and assisting with farm planning.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products.
  • Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the use of agricultural supplies.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring, ordering, and conducting regular stock checks.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of agronomy principles and agricultural products.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office suite and Intuit Quickbooks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and cooperative attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in agriculture a plus.
