Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers in accordance with Peoples Bancorp (OH) policies. As a key member of our team, you will have the ability to:

  • Open deposit accounts and process teller transactions
  • Sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
  • Assist customers with their banking needs and provide solutions to their financial challenges
  • Work collaboratively with Universal Bankers to ensure seamless customer service

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to meet customer needs

• Process transactions and open deposit accounts in a timely and accurate manner

• Sell bank products and services to customers, including loans, credit cards, and investment products

• Assist customers with their banking needs, including account maintenance and troubleshooting

• Work collaboratively with Universal Bankers to ensure seamless customer service and meet sales goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service or banking experience preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
