Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries.
- Provide support to the agronomy department by maintaining accurate records, organizing data, and assisting with crop planning.
- Provide support to the feed department by maintaining accurate records, organizing data, and assisting with farm planning.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient order processing and timely delivery of products.
- Provide technical guidance to customers regarding the use of agricultural supplies.
- Assist with inventory management, including stock monitoring, ordering, and conducting regular stock checks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of agronomy principles and agricultural products.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including MS Office suite and Intuit Quickbooks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and cooperative attitude.
- Bachelors degree in agriculture a plus.
