As a Logistics Hub Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient management of delivery personnel, and maintaining high standards of service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as the primary supervisor, ensuring accuracy and exceptional customer service in all delivery operations.

Collaborate with dispatch teams to guarantee proper invoicing for all products delivered to partner stores.

Address and resolve any shipping or inventory discrepancies promptly.

Assist in conducting monthly inventory audits and other related tasks as needed.

Ensure that all stock personnel are efficiently managing stock orders and inventory.

Implement strategies to minimize loss and theft, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols.

Oversee all delivery routes, optimizing efficiency while controlling costs.

Enforce safe driving practices and adherence to delivery policies.

Manage hub-related expenses to enhance profitability for both the hub and partner stores.

Maintain a well-organized delivery area, ensuring clear divisions for each partner store.

Schedule staff effectively to ensure adequate coverage while adhering to budget constraints.

Supervise the work schedules of all team members, ensuring compliance with company policies regarding clocking in and out.

Ensure that dispatchers are effectively monitoring delivery schedules and communicating any delays.

Coordinate with store management to cover routes during absences of regular delivery personnel.

Work closely with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are properly serviced and inspected.

Provide feedback on team performance to assist in evaluations.

Conduct interviews and screenings for potential hub staff.

Ensure timely training for new drivers and ongoing training for existing staff.

Verify that all drivers have passed necessary pre-employment screenings and maintain up-to-date records.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:

Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment

Strong organizational and planning capabilities

Proficient in problem-solving and analytical thinking

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to quickly process alphanumeric information
Preferred:

Knowledge of automotive components

Experience in supervisory or managerial roles

Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
