The Logistics Yard Supervisor will oversee all facets of our yard operations, ensuring seamless support for field activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing material and equipment transactions within the yard.
  • Supervise the loading and unloading processes throughout the yard.
  • Coordinate material and equipment needs to guarantee timely availability for assigned projects.
  • Provide administrative assistance by maintaining vendor and equipment files, generating monthly reports, and managing employee safety documentation and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
  • Assist in planning work schedules, assessing workforce requirements, material specifications, equipment needs, and training necessities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and assign tasks to teams.
  • Undertake special projects and fulfill additional duties as required to support the organization.
Essential Qualifications:
  • An Associate's degree in business management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marine operations, equipment manufacturing, or warehouse logistics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • A demonstrated capacity for decision-making and commitment to follow through, showcasing strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
